Whether you're a therapist, social worker, counselor, or psychologist, you spend your days holding space for others. It's meaningful work—but it can also be emotionally demanding, isolating, and surprisingly difficult to find a place where you don't have to be the one with the answers.
I work with mental health professionals at every stage of their careers—from graduate students and associates to seasoned clinicians. Many of the clinicians I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by the responsibility of caring for others, struggling with perfectionism or self-doubt, navigating imposter syndrome, or trying to balance caring deeply for clients while also caring for themselves.
Therapy becomes the one place where the focus is entirely on you. Together, we'll make sense of your emotional experiences, explore how your own history influences both your personal life and your work, and identify the beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, authentic, and aligned—not only as a therapist, but as a person.
